O3Spaces uses a subscription based sales model for its Express and Enterprise editions. O3Spaces Subscriptions warrant maintenance, updates and support for the O3Spaces Workplace Software.

1. Express Edition

The O3Spaces Workplace Express Edition is our entry level, fully supported product edition intended for production use, based on an 'on premises' server deployment. Compare Editions...

Standard Express Edition Subscription includes:

• end-user software license for the Community Edition feature set for an indefinite period of time and for the number of end-users contained in the subscription.
• one year standard subscription service (as specified in the O3Spaces Subscription Agreement) including:
  • 1 year license for the Express Edition product features
  • product updates
  • bug & patch support
  • unlimited forum support

2. Enterprise Edition

The O3Spaces Workplace Enterprise Edition is our full featured, enterprise grade, fully supported product edition intended for production use, based on an 'on premises' server deployment.

Standard Enterprise Edition Subscription includes:

• end-user software license for the Community Edition feature set for an indefinite period of time and for the number of end-users contained in the subscription.
• one year standard subscription service (as specified in the O3Spaces Subscription Agreement) including:

3. Enterprise Edition Solution Packs

O3Spaces Enterprise Solution Packs are add-on Workplace modules. The Enterprise Solution Packs target specific document management and document processing domains. All O3Spaces Extension Packs work together seamlessly, and can be activated independently.

4. Workplace On Demand (SAAS)

The O3Spaces Workplace Express and Enterprise editions are available as Software As A Service (SAAS). This On-demand service is made available through monthly subscriptions, available at various service levels. The service is hosted on Amazon WebServices Elastic Cloud 2.
